Class-A, 538,000 square feet of office property consisting of two eight-story towers joined by a Central Atrium, 20,000 square foot Conference Center including a 200 seat Amphitheatre , and a full service upscale Cafeteria with seating for 300, offering breakfast, lunch and catering. Willis North America is a regional business within Willis Group Holdings is the primary tenant. Flexible meeting space is supported by advanced audiovisual systems, 16 meeting rooms with individual climate and lighting controls, Data Center with complete Emergency Power Parallel Generator System and Underground Parking.
This project consisted of nine phases – Sports Bar, Adult Pool, Children’s Pool, Pool Pump House, Event Lawn, 1400 Rooms Renovated, 2 New Meeting Rooms, Arcade and Kitchen Renovation and upgrade. All projects were done during normal operations and during scheduled conventions. Electrical infrastructure upgrades and additions were required to facilitate new loads and distribution. Coordination with Audio Visual Systems and Security were included. Lighting Control Systems were expanded to include the new spaces.

General Scope of Project: A two-story, 222,000 square foot office and distribution facility featuring world testing labs for solutions and experiments. Design included a 480V distribution system and included a Silver LEED certification requirement. Lighting systems were designed with multi-control with time out controls for un-occupied spaces, including motion sensors and light sensors.
